exquisite ceiling comprehensive breakfast helpful staff
The pool bar ceiling was exquisite, i admired it often. the breakfast was very comprehensive and offered a lot of choices. amine at the hotel was excellent. He was very helpful with several requests. the super room was clean, which i appreciated after long days.
the hotel gym needed a little updating, some equipment seemed dated.

Latifa at the front desk was very accommodating and helped with all our queries. She provided us with useful information. restaurant staff were also very kind and sincere always ready to help with anything we needed. the hotel offered excellent service overall.

attentive staff great selection convenient location
the staff? very nice! they really were very good. breakfast rocked, so many choices! i loved that shops and food were super close, so convenient. plenty of options at the hotel too, , made it easy peasy.
the reception team really dropped the ball when i needed help. plus, something i left behind after checkout just vanished. that wasnt cool at all and left a bad taste.

the hotel its location is next to ménara mall. it has a fountain show, its beautiful! the mall got tons of restaurants. you can eat at burger king or kaspas or chilis. how cool is that!

the hotel provided a lovely room, it was very clean. the breakfast had a fantastic variety. i appreciated the location, it was ideal for accessing the city center. the staff were very polite and helpful throughout my stay.
the air conditioning in the room was not fully functional, i found it a bit inconvenient.

cold pools dismissive staff
the breakfast was amazing it had plenty of options and fresh msemen was available
the outdoor pools were too cold they need heating. the door kept breaking a man came over laughing as if nothing happened. the staff didn't seem to take it seriously

The location was good. A shopping mall was right next door with its own entrance.
The staff seemed disinterested. I noticed many were mainly on their mobiles. I did not eat dinner because lunch was disappointing. Bar prices were expensive TOO.
